Follow these steps from top to bottom. Click Go there to jump to each place. To know more first, open ❓ Know about Procurement AI.

Sign in — click Sign In / Sign Up at the top right of the page. Use the same account on one device at a time.

Purchase access — in the QuantumData Customer Access bar, click Purchase Access — $20 USD, or ₹1,999 + GST in India (30 days, unlimited plans). Go there →

Your business — in Build My Purchase Plan, type the business name and choose the business type, the festival or your own event, and the date the stock must arrive by. Catering: type the number of guests. Go there →

Upload your quotes — one row per vendor and item. New? Click Download the quote template: it already has the right columns for your business type. Go there →

Add history (optional) — up to 5 years of sales (to work out how much to buy) and past purchases (vendor reliability and each item's price rise). First time buying? Skip this: type the quantities instead. Go there →

Weather (optional) — choose your city and tick Use the live weather forecast. Only items you confirm as weather-sensitive are adjusted.

Check the columns — a small table shows which column was used for each item. Change any drop-down that is wrong.

Click Build My Purchase Plan — the blue button at the bottom of the middle panel. Go there →

How much — check every quantity and the range (low – likely – high). Type a quantity you know better, or what you already have in stock, and click Update the plan.

Best choice — the recommended vendor per item (cheapest landed cost that arrives in time), the fastest and the best value, splits and slab hints. Quotes set aside show why.

Bargain — open each vendor's message (polite, firm or final), send it by WhatsApp or email, then paste the vendor's reply and click Read the reply. Apply the changes and the plan updates.

Order list — send each vendor its order message, tick Ordered and later Received. The cash plan shows when each payment falls due.

Buying checklist — the first tab: 8 steps, each with an SOP to tick and ready templates. The Owner's check at the end shows when everything is done.

Download — the Purchase Plan (Excel) and the Purchase Brief (Word) for approval.

Access Period

Recommended = the cheapest landed cost among quotes that arrive by your date, are valid, certified and last on the shelf. How much = trend over your past festivals (21 selling days before each) blended with a Holt-Winters model of your monthly sales, plus a safety margin for your business type.
