What it does
Procurement AI Intelligence helps you buy the right quantity from the right vendor at the right price before a festival, an event or a big order. Upload your vendor quotes and in a minute you see the real cost per kg, litre or piece of every quote, which vendor or mix arrives in time, how much to buy from your own past sales, and honest bargaining messages that use the real competing price.
The problem it solves: quotes arrive in different shapes — WhatsApp, PDF, Excel, phone. Owners compare them from memory, miss discount slabs and minimum orders, compare 500 g against 1 kg, forget freight, and find out too late that the cheapest vendor delivers after the festival.

What you upload
- Your vendor quotes (required) — Excel, CSV or JSON, one row per vendor and item: vendor, item, price per pack, and ideally pack size, discount slabs (e.g. "5% above 100"), minimum order, delivery days, freight, GST %, credit days, valid till and any scheme. The quote template for your business type has the right columns.
- Your sales register (optional) — up to 5 years with date, item and quantity (size or colour for clothing). It works out how much to buy.
- Your past purchases (optional) — order date, vendor, item, rate, promised and received dates. It shows vendor reliability and each item's own price rise.
- First time buying? Skip the history and type the quantities, or put a "Qty Needed" column in the quotes.
What you get
Downloads: the Purchase Plan (Excel) with every list and message, and the Purchase Brief (Word) with a line for approval.
You stay in control: the AI compares and prepares. You send the messages, decide and place the orders. Nothing is sent to any vendor automatically.
